Bartender

Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Manage cash handling and POS transactions using Toast POS to ensure accurate billing. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, promoting safe drinking practices while managing tabs efficiently through POS systems. Restock bar supplies promptly, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages, to keep service seamless during busy hours. Collaborate with team members across food service to deliver comprehensive hospitality experiences. Operate service bar quickly and accurately. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail math skills are a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours without compromising quality. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in accordance with health regulations. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, billing, and inventory management.
