Server/Bartender

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our team. As a Server/ Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies
• Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
• Experience in cash handling and ability to accurately process transactions
• Familiarity with food safety practices in the food service industry
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Proficient in using POS systems to process orders and payments
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
