The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, crafting delicious beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies. Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service while taking drink orders and answering questions about the menu. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service during busy periods. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Experience Previous experience as a Bartender or in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is advantageous. Knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and retail math is a plus. Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
