Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies and ensuring all beverages are stored properly according to food safety standards. Operate POS systems such as Toast POS to process cash and card transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience. Handle cash transactions efficiently while processing payments and giving accurate change. Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption levels. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality environments. Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with Toast POS for processing transactions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently without compromising quality. Food handling certification or knowledge of food safety standards is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days such as banquets or catering functions. Basic math skills for retail math calculations like change-making and inventory counts. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
