Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your expertise in bartending and knowledge of fine dining will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Stay updated on beverage trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or high-volume establishment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Ability to perform basic retail math for accurate order processing and inventory management. Experience in food handling practices within the food industry is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
