Hourly Pay range listed is base pay and does not include any tips you may receive. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times. Restock supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages efficiently during shifts to meet customer demand. Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills and basic math proficiency; process payments via POS systems. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet, or nightclub service to ensure seamless operations. Uphold food handling standards and adhere to alcohol serving regulations at all times. Assist in training new team members on POS systems, food safety procedures, and customer service expectations. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, responsible alcohol service practices, and food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in a fast-paced environment. Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality standards. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing procedures. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as banquets or catering functions.
