In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly preparing and serving beverages and food. Whether mixing cocktails, taking orders, or ensuring food safety standards are met, you will play a vital role in fostering a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems, ensuring timely delivery Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards Manage cash handling procedures accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments efficiently Assist with food service duties, including serving dishes at the bar or tables in a casual dining setting Support catering or banquet events by providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tables or stations Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially within casual dining, sport bar, or banquet environments Strong knowledge of POS systems for order entry and sales processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques including brewing coffee or tea Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel valued!
