The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and excellent customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments and maintaining a balanced cash register. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations based on preferences. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws. Assist with banquet services or special events as needed, providing exceptional service to guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely delivery of drinks and food items. Keep track of inventory levels for bar supplies and communicate needs for reordering. Experience Previous bartending experience in a nightclub or food service setting is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and drink preparation calculations. Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus for managing inventory effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining quality service. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding customer support.
