The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by serving high-quality beverages in a friendly and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area while adhering to all food safety standards. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink options. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred. Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus. Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and managing inventory. Familiarity with catering services can be beneficial in enhancing customer experiences. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and sales abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
