Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests warmly, taking orders, offering drink recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during nightclubs or busy banquet events. Restock bar supplies regularly, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware to ensure smooth service flow. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle multiple orders simultaneously. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totals. Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal requirements; knowledge of brewing is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events like banquets or catering functions.
