Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet events to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Stay updated on current drink trends and menu offerings to enhance customer experience. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Proficient in cash handling and basic retail math skills. Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
