, Florence, KY 41042 Full-Time Position Breakers Grill is looking for an experienced, dependable General or Assistant Manager to join our management team. We are a busy restaurant, full-service bar, and billiard room with a strong local following. We're looking for someone who can lead by example, hold employees accountable, provide excellent customer service, and help keep our operation running smoothly. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day restaurant, bar, kitchen, and billiard room operations Lead, train, schedule, and supervise employees Maintain high standards for customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed Help manage food, beer, liquor, and supply inventory Monitor costs, waste, labor, and overall operational performance Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively Maintain compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and health regulations Help coordinate leagues, tournaments, special events, and promotions Work closely with ownership to identify problems and improve the business What We're Looking For Previous restaurant/bar management or strong supervisory experience Strong leadership skills and the ability to hold a team accountable Dependable, organized, and able to make good decisions under pressure Excellent communication and customer-service skills Knowledge of restaurant and bar operations Comfortable working in a fast-paced late-night environment Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed Billiards knowledge is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Full-time management position Opportunity for advancement and increased responsibility Employee discounts A well-established business with a loyal customer base A fun, fast-paced environment centered around great food, drinks, sports, and billiards
