ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect payments from patrons. Mix ingredients to create both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Have a clear understanding of beer, wine and be familiar with cocktail recipes Take beverage orders from serving staff and directly from patrons. Take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system. Stay guest focused and attempt to limit liability and issues related to patrons level of drinking. Clean bar, work areas and tables as needed. Other tasks as assigned

OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES

Employees must have a basic knowledge of the dining room and service procedures. The ideal candidate should have exceptional customer service skills, the ability to actively listen and social perceptiveness skills.
