In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, provide outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a lively atmosphere, whether in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills while ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, offering recommendations and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, maintaining accuracy in cash handling and sales transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, following food safety and food handling protocols. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during nightclubs or large events like banquets or catering functions. Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels, restocking supplies, and communicating shortages proactively. Support team members during busy periods by demonstrating excellent time management skills and teamwork. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings; previous food service or hospitality experience is highly valued. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus; certifications related to food safety or alcohol service are advantageous.
