Bartender/Server

Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff Provide attentive customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties and processing payments swiftly Engage with guests in a lively elevated setting to enhance their experience through friendly interaction and prompt service Assist with catering events or special functions by serving food and beverages while ensuring seamless execution Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or banquets Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to connect with diverse guests Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Previous experience in serving alcohol responsibly within the guidelines of responsible beverage service regulations Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us to be part of an energetic team that thrives on creating lively atmospheres while delivering exceptional hospitality.
