Job Description
Overview A bartending job at Beachside Billiards would involve creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers while providing friendly and efficient bar service. Responsibilities would likely include preparing and serving drinks, taking customer orders, handling payments, keeping the bar area clean and stocked, and following responsible alcohol-service practices. A bartender would also interact with customers, help maintain a fun environment, and work closely with other staff to ensure guests have a positive experience while enjoying the billiards and entertainment areas. Strong communication, customer-service skills, multitasking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment would be important for the position. We would especially love to have a bilingual team member who can communicate comfortably with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers and help make everyone feel welcome at Beachside Billiards. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Take customer drink orders and provide friendly service Operate the cash register and process customer payments Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked Check identification and follow responsible alcohol-service guidelines Restock beverages, ice, cups, garnishes, and other bar supplies Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and management Maintain a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere for customers Handle multiple drink orders efficiently during busy periods Clean and sanitize bar equipment, counters, and work areas Monitor customer needs and respond to requests or concerns Follow all company safety, cleanliness, and customer-service policies
Pay:
