Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently while handling cash transactions responsibly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Develop and suggest new beverage recipes or tweaks to existing ones to keep our menu fresh and exciting. Monitor inventory levels of beer, spirits, mixers, and garnishes; restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service. Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods, especially in fine dining or catering settings like banquets or special events. Skills Extensive knowledge of craft beer styles, brewing processes, wine varieties, spirits, mixology techniques, and beverage recipe development. Proven experience in food service environments such as fine dining restaurants, nightclubs, or catering events with a focus on bartending or bar management. Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong cash handling skills. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally. Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
