• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The Bartender will mix and serve drinks to patrons, directly impacting their overall dining experience.

• Duties:

• Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all food safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register or POS system
• Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure customer satisfaction

• Skills:

• Proficiency in using a cash register and POS system
• Strong knowledge of retail math for handling transactions accurately
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with brewing techniques for crafting specialty drinks
• Experience in banquet or food service settings is a plus
