Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business Manage POS systems such as Toast POS and process orders accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop creative beverage recipes and suggest pairings to delight guests' palates Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; communicate needs for restocking Skills Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits Proven experience in fine dining settings or upscale bars with strong bartending skills Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing busy bar environments Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during peak hours Experience in food service or restaurant environments with an understanding of food handling safety protocols Ability to develop new beverage recipes and stay current with industry trends in brewing, spirits, and cocktail innovation Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate measurement of ingredients Knowledge of food safety standards applicable to beverage preparation and serving Previous nightclub or banquet experience is a plus for managing large crowds or special events Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth service flow Join us as a Bartender where your enthusiasm fuels memorable moments!
