Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote beverage sales Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Develop new beverage recipes and assist in menu updates to keep offerings fresh and appealing Manage bar inventory, including stock levels of spirits, beer, wine, garnishes, and other supplies Handle cash handling procedures accurately while processing payments and giving correct change Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments with a strong understanding of mixology techniques Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beer brewing processes, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours while maintaining high-quality service standards Experience with food service operations including food handling, serving, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper alcohol service regulations Previous roles involving bar management or supervisory responsibilities are a plus This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in lively environments.
