Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate orders and transactions Take food and drink orders from guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making recommendations to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments with POS systems Assist with catering events, banquets or nightclub functions as needed, supporting event setup and breakdown Uphold responsible alcohol service practices, checking IDs, monitoring guest consumption, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming environment Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling techniques, and alcohol serving regulations Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting Previous experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus; retail math knowledge is beneficial for accurate transactions Join us to be part of an exciting team where your passion for hospitality shines!
