Bartender

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in this environment such as a nightclub or fine dining establishment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by serving high-quality beverages and providing exceptional service. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working order. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly, adhering to all local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service. Assist with banquet services as needed, ensuring timely beverage service during events. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service while maintaining quality standards. Be able to work alone and with others efficiently. Requirements Previous experience as a Bartender in a nightclub, fine dining, or similar environment is preferred. Proficiency in using POS systems. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle volume service efficiently. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial accountability.
