Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing cash and card transactions efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Engage with guests to promote specials, new drinks, or menu items to enhance sales opportunities Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in beverage recipe development to keep offerings fresh and innovative Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours, including nightclubs or banquet events if applicable Experience Previous bartending or bar management experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer brewing processes Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and positively Familiarity with food industry standards including food safety practices, food handling, and catering operations Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math for inventory management, and calculating bills accurately Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel welcomed and valued!
