TOP NEW RESTAURANT

on the Northshore. We are looking to add a few additional personnel to our FOH team. We are open for Lunch (11AM - 2PM) and Dinner (4PM - 9/10PM) Monday through Saturday. We are closed Sundays and major holidays. Our scratch kitchen, craft cocktails, and extensive wine list require our Bartenders, Servers, and Support Staff be energetic, personable, and knowledgeable. Functions of each job are as follows:

BARTENDERS

: This role requires you to craft exceptional beverages and provide outstanding customer service while creating a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure every guest enjoys a memorable visit. Previous experience and the ability to accurately free pour is highly preferred. The bar area is a dedicated space with its own dining room downstairs. From here you will be able to serve patrons at the bar and tables, while mixing drinks for the service well. Shifts will be solo or partnered depending on anticipated volume. This paid position ($6 per hour + tips) offers a dynamic work environment where your skills in beverage preparation, customer interaction, and multitasking will shine. As a Bartender , you will: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and responsible drinking; address any issues promptly. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and food items. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for accurate billing and change. The ability to handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills; basic math proficiency required. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and utensils as needed to ensure smooth service. Uphold food handling standards and adhere to alcohol serving regulations at all times. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service.

SERVERS:

If you enjoy creating memorable dining experiences and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we'd love to meet you. Servers at Carson's Table will create an exceptional dining experience and be well versed in our food, wine, and cocktail menus. This position will pay $2.13 per hour plus tips. As a Server , you will: Take accurate food and beverage orders, delivering and serving items promptly Maintain a clean, organized dining area Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service Handle payments and follow proper cash‑handling procedures Uphold our standards for hospitality, teamwork, and professionalism Uphold food handling standards and adhere to alcohol serving regulations at all times Have a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality Have the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

SUPPORT STAFF

For those with less experience, a key role in the front of house is our support staff. Compensation is minimum wage + tip out from servers and bartenders. The position requires the ability to multitask, as you will be responsible for helping to seat guests, run food/drinks, and assist with resetting the dining room.
