Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and providing excellent hospitality to all patrons. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their drink selections. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as necessary. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service for food orders. Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or private parties, ensuring all beverage needs are met. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; experience in the food industry is advantageous. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and health regulations. Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining quality service. A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to engage effectively with guests. Experience in hospitality or banquet settings is a plus, enhancing the overall guest experience.
