Bartender The maison - 3.0 New Orleans, LA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $150 - $500 a day 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Collaboration Customer service Organizational skills Restaurant experience Time management Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking several personable bartenders with mixology and cocktail experience that can bartend shifts and also teach a mixology class we offer. We also have positions open for a social media assistant and a private and non private events coordination assistant that we prefer to fill with a staff member who can multitask. So if you have skills in those areas...mixology, social media, event bookings etc...we definitely want to talk to you. If you elaborate on how you can help in those areas in your application we'll know you actually read this and we will certainly want to talk to you! Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Process cash transactions accurately. Engage with guests to ensure a positive experience. Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed while minimizing waste. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or catering environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, brewing processes, and spirits. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously through effective time management and organization skills. Previous bar management experience or supervisory roles are a plus but not required.
