Accurately process cash transactions using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper cash handling and register balancing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance guest experience. Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste. Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of spirits, wine types, brewing processes, and mixology techniques to educate guests and promote sales. Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently through excellent time management skills during busy shifts. Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally in both fine dining settings and nightlife environments. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender with strong cocktail-making skills and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately. Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beer styles, brewing processes, and food safety protocols. Previous experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Strong time management abilities to handle fast-paced environments efficiently. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry operations. Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation standards required for hospitality industry compliance. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special events such as catering or banquets.
