Handle cash and POS transactions accurately using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies; restock as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours, including nightclub or banquet events if applicable. Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies. Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail or food industry experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation standards. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and inventory management; knowledge of retail math is advantageous. Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event shifts like banquets or private parties.
