Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong background in customer service within the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service, crafting delicious cocktails, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and payment processing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices. Manage inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and ensure all products are stored correctly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events such as banquets or catering functions. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Uphold all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages in a fine dining or nightclub environment. Skills Proficient in using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for efficient order management. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Prior experience in fine dining, nightclub settings, or catering services is preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices related to food handling. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest experiences. Background in brewing or knowledge of various beverage types is advantageous.
