Description Responsibilities:

Bartenders must be friendly, helpful and courteous when dealing with all guests. Responsible for monies in the coin banks. Prepares orders taken from the cocktail staff and guests. Keeps inventory of stock in their assigned bar. Notifies barback when supplies are low. Prepares cut fruit, condiments, etc. Performs related duties as required. Other duties may be assigned.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
