This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. evening shift- Wednesday Friday Saturday Brunch& Dinner Shift Sunday(Sunday is mandator) Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a lively, friendly manner to create an inviting atmosphere that encourages repeat visits Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing payments efficiently while maintaining cash handling security Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance the guest experience Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies; assist with stock replenishment as needed Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours, including catering events or nightclub nights Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings; hospitality industry experience preferred Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling skills required Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests confidently and professionally Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods; strong organizational skills are essential Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing tabs accurately Food safety certification or knowledge of food handling procedures is a plus Previous experience in food service or retail math is advantageous Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating unforgettable moments through exceptional drinks and outstanding hospitality.
