Receiving Barn Attendant

Job DescriptionResponsible for the general maintenance and cleaning of the receiving barns and paddock area.

• Clean shed rows and stalls thoroughly on a daily basis, prior to horses shipping in.
• Rake shed rows and stalls.
• Make receiving barn look presentable.
• Hang gates, screw eyes, change light bulbs and other receiving barn maintenance.​​​​​Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to walk, stand, lift, shovel, rake, reach, bend, and twist throughout shift.
• Must be skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
