Job Overview:
Interested applicants please read the description below carefully before applying. We are looking for
EXPERIENCED
bartender to fill Weekend. Additional shifts are available for pick up once released. This shifts are for Saturday and Sunday, 3pm to closing time. You must have a proven experience in an
EXTREME FAST PACED
environment with an excellent multitasking abilities to be considered, at least 1-2 years as a bartender at a full bar setting,( bar back lead will not be considered ). We are not taking folks who are not a bartender! Must have the availability on weekends and certain holidays. We are service oriented, you must be able to serve at dining and bar at certain hours. References is
REQUIRED
before starting. Must be
TIP CERTIFIED.
Pay is $7 per hour plus tips. You may earn up to $400-500 or more per shift including hourly wage on an extreme busy day or during holidays. Training trial is 4-7days and may extend if needed, training is paid at $15 an hour, tips are not allow to collect during training. During trial period we reserve the right to terminate at will at any circumstances.
Responsibilities:
Guest Service:
Warmly greet and assist guests, providing menu insights and ensuring a top-quality dining experience.
Order Accuracy:
Enter all orders meticulously into the POS system, ensuring compliance with restaurant policies.
Team Collaboration:
Work effectively with team members across all areas to ensure smooth operations, assist during peak times, and support colleagues in delivering excellent service.
Section & Operations Management:
Skillfully oversee assigned sections, participate in seating rotations, and contribute to a clean, organized environment.
Maintain Sanitation Standards:
Keep workspaces pristine, sanitize regularly, and complete weekly upkeep tasks, including condiments and station cleanliness.
Closing Responsibilities:
Fulfill end-of-shift duties thoroughly, restocking, organizing, and preparing the area for the next shift to ensure operational readiness. Qualifications Must have 1-2 years proven bartending experience Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential. Familiarity with POS TOAST or similar point-of-sale systems is an advantage. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Basic understanding of retail math for managing cash transactions effectively.
Pay:
$20.00 - $28.45 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 per week
