Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining or nightlife environments. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety protocols. Operate Toast POS systems for order processing and cash handling efficiently. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service delivery. Assist with banquet services and catering events as needed, showcasing versatility in various settings. Uphold food safety standards while preparing drinks and serving food items when applicable. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience in both nightclub and restaurant environments. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering setting is preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Experience in brewing or knowledge of various beverage types is advantageous.
