This position requires consistent availability on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights . Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, attentive service and genuine hospitality Prepare beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages accurately and efficiently Build relationships with regulars and create a welcoming experience for new guests Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Accurately process orders and payments Follow all alcohol-service, sanitation, and safety requirements Work collaboratively with the service and kitchen teams Bring positive energy to every shift What We Offer? Availability every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night 2+ years of previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or busy bar Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails Confident, friendly, and conversational service style Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment Dependability, professionalism, and a team-first attitude Must meet all Massachusetts requirements for serving alcohol Must be 21 or older
