Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and spirits with precision and flair Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance the guest experience and promote specials Ensure proper food handling, safety standards, and cleanliness are maintained at all times Process cash transactions accurately while managing tabs and processing payments efficiently Maintain knowledge of menu items, including food ingredients, wine pairings, and cocktail recipes to assist guests effectively Manage multiple tables or bar stations while maintaining a lively yet organized service flow Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours or special events such as banquets or catering functions Skills Extensive experience with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing Proven cocktail mixing skills with knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage recipe development Strong understanding of wine varieties, spirits, craft beers, and beverage trends within the hospitality industry Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Prior restaurant or fine dining experience demonstrating high-quality service standards Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments using strong time management skills Basic math proficiency for cash handling, retail math calculations, and billing accuracy Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling practices Experience in banquet service or catering environments is a plus but not required Familiarity with retail math concepts related to sales tracking and inventory management Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team in a hospitality setting Join us as a vital part of our team where your passion for hospitality will shine!
