Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote beverage sales through upselling techniques. Manage bar inventory by restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and rotating products to minimize waste. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash and card transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to the menu by experimenting with flavors and presentation styles. Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery in high-volume settings such as nightclubs or large parties. Experience Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within fast-paced hospitality environments. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, brewing processes, and craft beer trends. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks through excellent time management skills during busy shifts. Experience working in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures relevant to beverage service. Previous experience with bar management or supervising staff is a plus but not required.
