We're looking for hospitality professionals with strong beverage knowledge, food knowledge, attention to detail, and a welcoming presence behind the bar. Requirements Previous bartending experience required; fine dining background preferred. Current TIPS certification required. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer. Working knowledge of food, ingredients, and common dietary restrictions, with the ability to learn our menu and confidently guide guests dining at the bar. Ability to deliver attentive service while managing a busy bar and service well. Professional appearance, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude. Responsibilities Prepare cocktails consistently and accurately. Provide engaging, polished service to bar guests. Take food orders accurately and offer thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.
