is a Boston-based brewery that started in 2016 and has been growing since. Our unique 2,000 square foot tap room is also home to M&M BBQ which is a generational family business serving the best BBQ in Boston. Along with our craft brews, we have obtained our full liquor license and will be offering a wide variety of craft cocktails. is looking for a fun, energetic Lead Bartender to help serve craft beer and cocktails in our Dorchester tasting room. The ideal candidate will be friendly, motivated, and hardworking. Someone who takes initiative, likes craft beer and LOVES to talk to people. A minimum of 3 years working behind a bar is required for this position.

REQUIREMENTS

Full Time Availability (5 shifts/week) Flexible Weekday & Weekend Availability (Days and Nights Required) Cocktail Experience (minimum of 3 years working behind a bar) Ability to lift/move kegs Microsoft Excel Comprehension Leadership Skills Attention to Detail Ability to follow set procedures Beer education TIPS Certification (a plus)

COMPENSATION
