Job Description

ALBA Restaurant Group we are seeking energetic and hardworking individuals to join our team as bussers and barbacks. Join a great team in a fast-paced, fun environment.

Busser Position:

Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently Assist servers and maintain cleanliness of dining areas Restock service areas and supplies Provide excellent customer service

Barback Position:

Assist bartenders in all aspects of bar operations Restock bar supplies, glassware, and ice Maintain cleanliness of bar area Help with simple drink preparation as needed Requirements for both positions: Must be 18+ years old Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Strong work ethic and positive attitude Team player with excellent communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods We offer: Competitive hourly wage + tips Flexible scheduling Opportunity for advancement No experience necessary - we will train the right candidates!
