Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing. Monitor guest behavior to promote safety and responsible serving practices, especially in nightclub or late-night settings. Restock bar supplies regularly and communicate inventory needs to management proactively. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Experience in retail math for cash handling, sales tracking, and basic math calculations related to food industry operations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and create a welcoming atmosphere. Additional experience in brewing or hospitality roles will be considered advantageous for this dynamic position.
