In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, provide outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a lively atmosphere, whether in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills while ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, following all food safety and alcohol service regulations Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies Manage cash handling, POS transactions (Toast POS systems), and billing with precision Monitor guest intoxication levels responsibly and adhere to all liquor laws and company policies Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management Collaborate with kitchen staff for food and beverage pairing, catering, or banquet service when required Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings with a strong knowledge of food handling and food safety standards Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests confidently Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food industry standards, including brewing processes if applicable, and serving techniques for various beverage types Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event shifts such as catering or banquets Previous retail math experience is a plus for inventory control and sales tracking Join our team to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences while honing your skills in a dynamic environment!
