The Cafe at Short Path Distillery is looking for barbacks!

Compensation:

Starting at $17+/hr + 15% pooled tips

Available Shifts :

Saturdays & Sundays, 9am-1pm Last year we launched a café at Short Path Distillery and we're getting real busy! We're currently seeking 2-3 part-time barbacks to take on Saturday and Sunday shifts. This is a unique opportunity to work with a passionate, tight-knit team in a space where quality, hospitality, and community come first.

What You'll Do:

Refill cafe supplies and ingredients (milk, syrups, etc.). Rotate products using FIFO (first in, first out). Collect, wash, and put away dirty dishes and equipment. Sweep and mop floors as needed. Empty trash and recycling and replace liners. Maintain cleanliness of condiment stations and self-service areas. Clear tables and reset seating areas promptly. Keep water stations stocked and clean. Maintain clean and presentable customer-facing areas. Assist with running food and drinks when needed. Support line management and customer flow during busy periods. Communicate customer needs to baristas or shift leads.
