The ideal candidate will craft classic and creative cocktails, provide excellent customer service, and help keep operations running smoothly. If you thrive in a lively atmosphere and enjoy working with people, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Greet guest warmly and take beverage orders with smile. Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Maintain bar stocked and organized at all times, and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Check ID's and follow all State and Local alcohol serving laws. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with team members and support a positive work environment. Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends in the food industry, and customer preferences. Requirements Previous bartending experience. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and sales reporting. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Experience in food service or the hospitality industry is highly desirable. Physical stamina to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and holidays as needed.
