Overview Your shifts will include a mix of server and bartender shifts, while each shift does pool with the bar. You must have strong server experience and have a 1 year minimum and a bartender. This is a fast paced restaurant! You must be able to work Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Must have exceptional server experience and work well as a team Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and well-stocked. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking orders, and offering recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring timely service of food items alongside beverages. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Uphold dining standards by presenting drinks attractively and maintaining professionalism at all times. Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure efficient service without compromising quality. Qualifications Previous experience as a strong server and minimum 1 year of bartender experience. Strong cash handling skills with experience using POS systems. Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons. Strong sales skills to promote menu items effectively. Familiarity with fine dining etiquette and standards is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing time efficiently. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local regulations.
