We are seeking an Experienced Bartender to join our team. This role involves creating a memorable experience for guests through high-quality beverage preparation, outstanding customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional service to our diverse clienteleResponsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity while following standard recipes. Provide prompt and attentive service to guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning workstations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Engage with guests to assess their preferences and recommend beverages that match their tastes. Ability to handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently. Uphold the responsible service of alcohol policies and monitor guest consumption. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.Qualifications:
2 years of experience as a bartender is required, high-paced environment is preferred. - Must have a strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and various serving techniques.- Excellent customer service and communication skills. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Has great problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and poise.
