Overview Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager, Bartender or Server. We are looking for individuals who specialize in restaurant operations, serving and bartending to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Duties daily restaurant operations, including managing, serving and bartending to ensure efficient service delivery. Oversee/maintain food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to maintain quality standards and compliance with safety regulations. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate food production for optimal efficiency. Train staff on customer service excellence, food safety procedures, and operational protocols to foster a high-performing team. Assist in shift management by coordinating staff schedules, supervising team performance, and ensuring smooth workflow during busy hours. Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training to develop a skilled hospitality team committed to service standards. Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth within the restaurant. Uphold food safety standards through regular inspections and adherence to health regulations. Support kitchen management by overseeing food production processes and ensuring culinary standards are met consistently. Skills Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments with strong leadership capabilities. Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety management practices. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transactions and reporting. Strong background in inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis. Excellent team management skills with experience in staff training, supervising teams, and conducting interviews. Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels using managerial communication skills. Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations efficiently. Experience in fine dining or casual dining settings with banquet or catering background preferred. Knowledge of food industry standards including culinary techniques, food production, and hospitality management principles.
