A good bartender will be able to create classic and innovative drinks that will exceed members' needs and expectations. •

PLEASE NOTE

• - This posting is for a consistent Sunday bartending shift from 10:30 am - 7:00 pm through November as well as some occasional event shifts. Guranteed 8 hours per week with the possibility of up to 20 hours per week. Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for members Interact with members, take orders and serve meals and drinks Assess member needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Plan and present bar menu Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Open and close bar according to club standards Stay member focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills Resume and proven working experience as a bartender Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks POS experience Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Relevant training certificate
