Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to promote sales and enhance their experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate processing of cash transactions and orders Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep offerings fresh and exciting Handle cashing out guests efficiently while balancing registers at the end of each shift Assist with food service duties when needed, including serving food items at bar or table settings during events or busy hours Monitor inventory levels of spirits, beer, wine, and mixers; communicate supply needs to management Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication Contribute to a lively atmosphere by managing bar operations during nightclub or banquet events Experience Previous bartending or food service experience in fine dining, casual dining, or hospitality settings is highly preferred Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, and spirits expertise Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately Familiarity with wine knowledge, craft beer trends, and cocktail creation is desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently using time management skills in a fast-paced environment Experience working in nightclubs or banquet settings is a plus Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math for inventory management Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Join us as a vital part of our team where your enthusiasm for hospitality meets your talent for creating memorable moments.
