Bartender

Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately, following recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, billing, and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to alcohol service regulations Handle cash transactions efficiently while balancing registers at shift end Assist with setup and breakdown of bar areas for events like banquets or nightclub functions Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Proven customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service Knowledge of retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions Background in catering or food industry environments is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event shifts Join us if you're passionate about creating vibrant social spaces where every guest feels valued!
